Abstract
⺠We study structure and semiconducting behavior of passive film formed on alloy G3. ⺠The structure is oxides inner layer and hydroxides outer layer. ⺠The outer layer is p-type semiconductor, while inner layer n-type. ⺠The measured M-S plots were non-linear fitted. ⺠Both the inner and outer layers of the passive film are compact.
