Abstract
We fabricated the air-stable inverted organic photovoltaic cells with a ZnO film formed in an air condition as an electron transport layer. The devices exhibited improvement of current density and fill factors due to excellence in the electrical, physical, morphological and inner structural properties of the ZnO layer formed in air.
