Abstract
⺠Laser-induced fluorescence has been used to visualise liquid-liquid flows. ⺠Eight flow regimes were observed including the positive identification of three-layer flows. ⺠Vertical phase distribution and in situ phase fraction studied. ⺠Interface level and droplet size distribution measured.
