Abstract
- The precipitation of curcuminoids using a supercritical antisolvent process (SAS) was conducted.
- Maximum global yield of solids of 69% and precipitation efficiency of 97% were obtained.
- Particles were characterized as polydispersed and agglomerated.
- SAS process is an attractive option to eliminate the solvent.
