Abstract
- New solubility data for 10-undecenoic acid and geraniol were obtained.
- The solubilities followed retrograde behavior in the range investigated.
- Association model based correlations were developed for liquid solutes.
- Four and five parameter models were derived based on Margules/van Laar equations.
- These models correlated solubilities within 11% and were better than existing models.
