Abstract
- 54% Higher loading is achieved in scCO2 in 3Â h compared to phosphate buffer in 30Â h.
- HRP loading in scCO2 is higher for all HRP: carbon ratios used.
- Successfully employed in removing phenol from water in the presence of H2O2.
- Immobilized HRP is more thermally stable than free HRP.
- Immobilized HRP retained enzymatic activity after 11 cycles.
