Abstract
- Extraction of squalene from wine lees was performed at 40 °C and pressures 12-30 MPa.
- By SCCO2 extraction is obtained the 1.2Â wt% of extract and 1.69Â wt% of squalene in extract.
- Squalene content in extract is 82.8% of the value achieved by ultrasound extraction.
