Abstract
- Immobilization of proteins on synthetic resins was performed by using ScCO2.
- Immobilized BSA amount was varied depending on ScCO2 treatment condition.
- The condition for highest immobilized BSA amount was determined.
- Immobilization of proteins could be achieved due to swelling and deflating of resins.
- Immobilization of proteins on resins could be useful for resins surface modification.
