Abstract
- A continuous process of hydrothermal synthesis is used to prepare ZnO powders.
- The effect of the [KOH]/[Zn(II)] on the ZnO crystallite characteristics is studied.
- The ZnO crystal is considered as a cylindrical crystallite (XRD, Loüer method).
- XRD and TEM characterizations are correlated with CFD simulation model results.
- A schematic synoptic of ZnO crystal growth (size and morphology) is suggested.
