Abstract
- A static visual cell for measuring phase equilibria up to 100Â MPa is presented.
- CO2 solubilities in a HOSO and in a lubricant up to 72Â MPa are reported.
- Solubility in new oil is higher than in HOSO at wCO2 >0.20, for wCO2 <0.20 is similar.
- The new equation proposed describes solubilities with deviations lower 1.6% in xCO2.
- VLLE was observed for CO2Â +Â lubricant from 288Â K to 306Â K at the overall xCO2=0.925.
