Abstract
- This method is environment friendly as compared to another methods.
- Although lots of method available for simultaneous estimation of isoniazid and pyrazinamide this is the first method which uses nontoxic supercritical CO2 as mobile phase.
- The method successfully applied to pharmaceutical formulation.
- The method is quick to separate isoniazid and pyrazinamide.
