Abstract
- SC-CO2 extraction of Tetraclinis articulata was performed at 90, 280 and 1000Â bar.
- Extraction yields varied from 0.61 (HD) to 25.5Â g/kg (SC-CO2 1000Â bar).
- SC-CO2 volatile oil exhibited higher antioxidant activity than HD essential oil.
- The extraction process at 90Â bar was shown to be limited by solid-fluid equilibrium.
