Abstract
- The addition of 9% of ethanol to the supercritical CO2 gave a solvent that was more efficient than pure CO2 to recover extracts with biological activity.
- The best extraction conditions were a pressure of 400 bar and a temperature of 55 °C.
- A cascade fractionation of the extracts was carried out and the fractionation conditions that gave the best results were 90 bar and 40 °C in the first separator.
- The bioactivities and allelopathy of the fractions have been studied.
- The kinetic of fractionation has been investigated.
