Abstract
- SFC separation parameters of poly(ethylene glycol) nonylphenyl ether were optimized.
- Effect of temperature, flow-rate gradient, and modifier composition were assessed.
- Most sensitive parameter for surfactant separation was the modifier composition.
- Column temperature and modifier composition show strong interrelationship.
- Chromatographic response function was used to optimize the SFC parameters.
