Abstract
► Concentration of bioactive compounds from vegetable matrices using supercritical fluid extraction. ► Levels of l-Dopa in the defatted meal from supercritical fluid extraction were higher than those obtained for meal without extraction or extracted using organic solvents. ► Main component in oils obtained from the different varieties was linoleic acid (omega-6).
