Abstract
⺠New methods have been proposed for preliminary supercritical CO2 circulation and decompression treatment of plant feedstock that improve the extractivity of goal components during brewing. ⺠The proposed treatment improves the extractivity of caffeine in the water phase during brewing Vietnamese green tea by 25-30%. ⺠CO2-treatment of plant feedstock proved to have antibacterial impact.
