Extraction of oil from chia seeds with supercritical CO2

▶ Oil from chia seeds is important because omega-3 and omega-6 are important compounds for human health. ▶ Although this is not the first publication the results complement other recent publication at the J. Supercrit. Fluids. ▶ We did the research without knowing of the other study. ▶ Both results have the same trend. ▶ The extraction cell, flow rate, charge of seeds are different in both works. ▶ The readers of the Journal will benefit to see both works.
