Abstract
â¶ Acid resin catalyzed methanolysis of rapeseed oil in the presence of supercritical carbon dioxide. â¶ Methyl ester yields were almost doubled in the presence of CO2 at total pressure such low as 10-11Â MPa. â¶ Most of the esters were formed during the first three hours of reaction time. â¶ Ester yields increased with the MeOH/Oil molar ratio.
