Abstract
ⶠNannochloropsis oculata with high content of algal zeaxanthin was cultivated by sea water. ⶠThe extract of microalgae was fractionated by elution chromatography and was then purified by supercritical anti-solvent. ⶠSub-micron zeaxanthin-rich particulates presented anti-tyrosinase ability.
