Abstract
â¶ Nannochloropsis oculata with high content of algal zeaxanthin was cultivated by sea water. â¶ The extract of microalgae was fractionated by elution chromatography and was then purified by supercritical anti-solvent. â¶ Sub-micron zeaxanthin-rich particulates presented anti-tyrosinase ability.
