Abstract
⺠Electron microscopy was applied successfully in the 3D analysis of converter matte. ⺠TEM illustrated in-plane phase distribution to an approximate depth of 4 μm. ⺠FIB SEM tomography showed color and grayscale 3D visualization of phase structures.
