Abstract
⺠Advanced oxidation processes emerges as a new technology for wastewater treatment. ⺠Photoelectrooxidation and UV-photolysis show similar kinetics, larger than electrolysis. ⺠The kinetic mechanism developed fits the SIPX degradation kinetics. ⺠The developed kinetic mechanism helps in interpreting the results. ⺠Possible to differentiate the action of direct and indirect SIPX degradation.
