Abstract
The purpose of this paper is the formulation of an aqueous suspension from a commercial ceramic dielectric powder, matching the ink-jet printing process requirements, for LTCC applications. Chemico-physical investigations were carried out to understand stabilization mechanisms in order to optimize the formulation of high ceramic loading suspension (20Â vol.%).
