Abstract
Iron disulfide-based cathode materials with different nickel doping contents (Fe0.8Ni0.2S2 and Fe0.9Ni0.1S2) were synthesized by mechanical alloying with a high-energy milling machine. The electrochemical properties were measured under the same conditions, showing that the improvement of cycling stability and electronic conductivity was mainly attributed to the higher nickel doping content.
