Abstract
Variation of Zr concentration with the thickness of the sample subjected to Zr diffusion at 945 °C indicates that there are two concentration regions such as slow and fast. The Zr diffusion coefficients belonging to the regions for the Zr6 sample are calculated to be about D1 = 7.38 Ã 10â 9 cm2sâ 1 and D2 = 9.96 Ã 10â 8 cm2sâ 1, respectively.
