Abstract
► Vitexin nanoparticles using Supercritical Antisolvent (SAS) can be great potential in intravenous of heart disease therapy. ► There is a significant increase in dissolution rate for processed vitexin using the SAS process compared to unprocessed vitexin. ► SAS micronization process has not induced degradation of vitexin. ► The micronized vitexin particles have lower crystallinity.
