Abstract
⺠Vitexin nanoparticles using Supercritical Antisolvent (SAS) can be great potential in intravenous of heart disease therapy. ⺠There is a significant increase in dissolution rate for processed vitexin using the SAS process compared to unprocessed vitexin. ⺠SAS micronization process has not induced degradation of vitexin. ⺠The micronized vitexin particles have lower crystallinity.
