Abstract
⺠Ag/CeO2 nano catalysts were successfully fabricated by gel-casting technique. ⺠A central composite experimental design was used to optimize the parameters. ⺠Two quadratic model equations were derived for surface area and particle size. ⺠AM/salt ratio was the most significant factor to maximize catalysts surface area. ⺠The “DESIGN EXPERT” software was employed to optimize the responses.
