Abstract
⺠Low temperature injection molding of Fe micro-nano powder feedstock was examined. ⺠Nano powders played an important role in mixing and molding as a solid lubricant. ⺠Enhanced nano powder sintering during debinding strengthened the debound part. ⺠Nano powders effectively inhibited growth of micro powder grains during sintering.
