Abstract
⺠B4C nozzles with micro holes were manufactured by powder injection molding. ⺠SiC-ZrO2 multivariate additive system was used to improve the densification. ⺠Equiaxed ZrB2 and SiC phases change to plate-like with increasing temperature. ⺠Fracture strength and hardness of sintered samples reach to 305.9 MPa and 3201 HV. ⺠A sintering model between linear shrinkage and relative density was established.
