Abstract
⺠SAPO-34, a molecular sieve for light molecule separation and catalytic application. ⺠SAPO-5 is a by-product (i.e. impurity) in conventional synthesis of SPAO-34. ⺠We synthesized pure crystalline SPAO-34 (i.e. SAPO-5 free) at high temperature. ⺠We used L9 Taguchi orthogonal design to optimize effects of synthesis parameters. ⺠SAPO-34 crystallinity improved at higher temperature and organic template.
