Abstract
⺠The measured explosion pressure is notably affected by dust dispersion behaviors. ⺠The MEC determined by using explosion pressure may be overestimated. ⺠An alternative method by using combustion duration time to measure MEC is proposed. ⺠The reliability of the alternative method has been confirmed.
