Abstract
⺠Phase-pure Cu7Te4 products were fabricated through delayed reaction. ⺠Cu7Te4 products consist of nanoparticles and sheet-like particles. ⺠The morphology of Cu7Te4 depends on the types of the organic solvent. ⺠Cu7Te4 nanostructures show morphology-dependent oxidation property.
