Abstract
⺠Single bubble growth between parallel plates and in micro-channel is studied. ⺠Specific heat, dynamic viscosity and surface tension affect the bubble growth. ⺠A three-stage bubble growth mode is presented. ⺠Bubble evolution is strongly related with channel cross-sectional geometry. âºÂ Heat flux or mass flux has slight impact on bubble geometry evolution.
