Abstract
⺠Inclination of a square cylinder enhances heat transfer by free convection. ⺠Shear-thinning behaviour promotes heat transfer. ⺠Nusselt number is stronger dependence on the Grashof number than that on the Prandtl number. ⺠Flow remains attached in shear-thickening fluid in the range of conditions studied.
