Abstract
► Winds are key issues for the thermo-flow performances of indirect dry cooling system. ► The performances are deteriorated with increasing wind speed at low wind speeds. ► But they are improved at high wind speeds despite of the hot air penetration. ► The performance of the frontal finned tube bundles is superior to that of the others. ► It is of benefit to the design and operation of indirect dry cooling system.
