Abstract
► Wind plays adverse roles in the thermo-flow performances of air-cooled condensers. ► This wind effect decays rapidly due to the combined hot plume discharge and wind. ► Wind results in the flow rate decrease of the upwind condenser at wind direction 90°. ► However the hot plume recirculation becomes a key issue at wind direction of 0°.
