Abstract
⺠Visualize evaporation characteristics in mesh wick for water, methanol and acetone. ⺠Compare Re and Qmax for water, methanol or acetone as working fluid. ⺠Show good correlation between Qmax with figure of merit for various fluids. ⺠Correlate Re with evaporating liquid layer thickness. ⺠Visualize weak nucleate boiling for methanol and acetone.
