Abstract
The TPV provides air supply to the controlled area and thus improves the utilization ratio of the flow field. The air supply through the coupled tuyeres results in a uniform flow field with air speeds very close to 0.3â¯m/s. Compared with other PV systems, the velocity target value of the TPV system proposed in this paper is 40.5% lower, and the energy-saving rate reaches 52.9%. The effects of the TPVs were verified in a full-scale experiment.
