Abstract
The radiative transfer problem of heat between two diffuse surfaces placed arbitrarily in a transparent medium is reduced to the calculation of the surface value of mutual radiation. In the case of two very neighbour's arbitrary surfaces, the numerical calculation of the value of the surface of mutual radiation leads to divergent results. In this article, we present, on one hand, a technique based on the method of contour which avoids the problem of singularity while reducing the number of numerical arithmetic operations and, on the other hand, a comparative analysis of this method with other traditional methods.
