Abstract
⺠This paper analyzes and describes the personal and social benefits of green roofs. ⺠A probabilistic lifecycle analysis of the associated costs and benefits of installing green roofs were conducted. ⺠There is a high probability that green roofs represent only personal economical benefits over their lifecycle. ⺠Green roofs are long-term investments with short-term returns.
