Abstract
► The paper studies the EnergyPlus and TRNSYS models of a lecture room in Perugia. ► The influence of window exposure and glazing properties were investigated. ► The south orientation of the window causes the maximum discomfort conditions. ► The glazing systems with sunlight control give more comfortable conditions. ► Glazing with low-e and sunlight control allows the maximum energy demand reduction.
