Abstract
The double-diffusive natural convective boundary-layer flow of a nanofluid past a vertical plate is studied analytically. The model used for the binary nanofluid incorporates the effects of Brownian motion and thermophoresis. In addition the thermal energy equations include regular diffusion and cross-diffusion terms. A similarity solution is presented. Numerical calculations were performed in order to obtain correlation formulas giving the reduced Nusselt number as a function of the various relevant parameters.
