Abstract
⺠The log-conformation tensor approach is used to simulate time-dependent, 3D moving free surface flows. ⺠The Upper-Convected Maxwell (UCM) model is used. ⺠Numerical results at very high Weissenberg number flows are presented. ⺠The unsteady extrudate swell is investigated. ⺠The jet buckling of viscoelastic fluids is analysed.
