Abstract
- Growth of Bi2Se3 microcrystals by physical vapor transport from self-vapor was studied.
- Well-faceted plate-like microcrystals of Bi2Se3 up to â¼200 μm in size were grown in sealed ampoule.
- The crystals were verified to have high structural quality by single crystal structure analysis.
- The most probable twin planes in the tetradymite structure were evaluated.
