Abstract
⺠Stokes-Cunningham expression with variable correction factor has a reasonable accuracy. ⺠Using 2 nozzles, max jet velocity decreases, distance from bow shock to impactor plate increases. ⺠Effect of Brownian force on the smaller nanoparticles (dp < 5 nm) deposition is important.
