Abstract
⺠CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 (CZA) nanopowder was synthesized hydrothermally with atomic ratio of 6:3:1. ⺠Relative crystallinity increased with increasing crystallization time. ⺠The optimal crystallization time is 6 h with crystallite size of 20 nm. ⺠EDX mapping indicated homogenous dispersion of elements.
