Abstract
▸ A solar driven two-rotor two-stage desiccant cooling/heating system is experimentally studied. ▸ The system can achieve an average thermal COP of about 0.97 in hot and humid climate. ▸ More than 40% of the received solar radiant intensity can be converted to cooling power. ▸ Coupled with desiccant cooling system, solar air collectors can realize year-round running.
