Abstract
▸ Conducting an energy audit usually reveals large potential of saving energy. ▸ Saving is expected to be 6.5% of the annual building energy consumption. ▸ The payback period is counted to be less than 1/2 year. ▸ Higher level of assessment expected to save of 49.3% of energy consumption. ▸ Interestingly, reduction of CO2 emission by 648 tons a year can be achieved.
