The behaviour of solar walls in residential buildings with different insulation levels: An experimental and numerical study

▸ Experimental study on solar walls all the year round: thermal behaviour, thermal comfort conditions, heating energy consumptions. ▸ Analysis on the effect of adopting solar walls (on the southern side) with different envelope insulation levels (on the other exposures). ▸ Solar wall is an efficient system in temperate climates assumed the proper ventilation and shading set-up and management.
