Abstract
ⶠPBXN-9 is more sensitive to elevated temperatures than similar HMX-formulations. ⶠPlasticizer volatility affects morphology and structure parts after mild heating. ⶠBinder and plasticizer do not affect the HMX decomposition kinetics. ⶠParts heated above the HMX β-δ transition undergo significant changes in morphology.
