Abstract
⺠A full-scale moveable instrumented low-rise building has been constructed. ⺠Field measurements of wind effects on the building were conducted during typhoons. ⺠This paper investigates wind characteristics and extreme suction pressures on the building. ⺠The findings provide useful information on design of low rise buildings in typhoon-prone regions.
